Retreat cost includes 3 nights’ accommodations, all yoga and related activities, all meals (dinner Thursday-lunch Sunday), use of pool, jacuzzi and other onsite facilities. Bath and pool towels provided by retreat center.

This morning I wrote a requested "Prayer for Peace" for an upcoming Bat Mitzvah. I was inspired by our closing circle with connected hands and the power each one of us has, and together, the abundance we have collectively as a group....I wrote, "May the energy of our connected hearts, minds and souls create a powerful abundance of energy towards world peace"...may we all be together again soon in the near future...” - Kristen
